The RXN TMLC (Tutor-Mentor-Life Coach) Program is designed to holistically address the needs of urban youth and children (giving preference to those who attend RXN Youth and RXN Young Disciples) by pairing one adult with one youth in order to support students academically, spiritually, and socially.  TMLCs help students with school work, the development of life skills, and goal-setting.  They also challenge students to plan for their future and think of life outside of “the streets”.
